1. Service Scope
Contentvo provides an AI-powered editorial planning and social post generation platform. By using Contentvo, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that post suggestions and visual concepts are generated algorithmically.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Starter at $19/mo and Pro at $39/mo) are billed on a recurring cycle by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your workspace settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You own all intellectual property rights to the output posts, captions, and visual assets generated for your brand. Contentvo claims no ownership over your marketing materials.
4. Fair Usage of AI Services
You agree not to use Contentvo to produce unlawful, defamatory, spam, or abusive social content. Runaway automated scraping or unauthorized API hammering is prohibited and may result in immediate workspace termination.
