Refund Policy: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Last modified: October 8, 2026

The short version

  • Full refund of your first payment on any plan if you ask within 14 days. No reason needed.
  • Renewals are not refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want it.
  • Cancel anytime from your workspace settings; you keep access until the paid period ends.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record.

Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your receipt and any refund come from Paddle, and Paddle may add sales tax or VAT where required.

Try it before you pay

Every account starts with a free preview, with no card required. Paste your website and Contentvo writes the first posts of your calendar for your own brand, so you can judge the voice and quality before choosing a plan. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Contentvo isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. This covers every plan and both billing intervals:

PlanMonthlyYearlyRefund on first payment
Starter$19/mo$190/yrFull amount, within 14 days
Pro$39/mo$390/yrFull amount, within 14 days
Agency$79/mo$790/yrFull amount, within 14 days

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first subscription. A yearly plan bought after a monthly one is covered for 14 days from the yearly payment.

What isn't refundable

  • Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, after the first payment.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the payment.
  • Accounts closed for breaking our terms of service, including the acceptable use rules for AI generation.

We still refund any payment taken in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, whenever you report it.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@contentvo.com from the email address on your Contentvo account, or open the link in your Paddle receipt and request it at paddle.net.
  2. Include the payment date or receipt number if you have it. That's all we need.
  3. We confirm within 2 business days and Paddle issues the refund.

When you get your money back

Paddle returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Most banks and card issuers show it within 5 to 10 business days. The refund is in the currency you paid in, so the amount can differ slightly if your bank converted it.

What happens to your account

A refund ends the paid subscription straight away and your workspace returns to the free preview. Your brand profiles and calendars stay in your account, and the posts and images you already copied or downloaded are yours to keep. To remove everything, delete your account from settings; see the privacy policy for what we delete.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, with no further charges. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period, so if you are within 14 days of your first payment and want your money back, ask for a refund as well.

Please contact us before a chargeback

If something is wrong with a charge, email us first. A refund is faster than a card dispute, and we answer every billing email.

Email support@contentvo.com from the email address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt to request it at paddle.net. Include the date of the payment if you have it.
